Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for providing management with in-depth analysis and insights of Citi's financial results.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Analysis: Address strategic issues on an ad hoc basis, complementing regular planning and analysis processes.
- Process Development: Develop and coordinate processes, such as annual planning and periodic forecasting, and review results against plans monthly.
- Financial Reporting: Analyze key management review presentations for individual Regions and Products.
- Time-Critical Activities: Execute time-sensitive activities for client-facing Financial Planning and Analysis teams.
- Review Material Development: Contribute to the development of review material for internal leadership and external regulator reviews.
- Operational Excellence: Operate with a limited level of direct supervision and act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
- Risk Management: Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
- Compliance: Ensure that all firm activities follow necessary policies, rules, and regulations, and that the firm complies with legal/regulatory boundaries and jurisdictions.
- Process Ownership: Facilitate ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures, or products, and may be considered an analytical or procedural expert representing a unit or team on cross-functional process or project deliverables.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience working with various financial platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and advanced Excel skills.
- Financial Knowledge: Knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools, as well as financial knowledge and projections.
- Communication Skills: Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Language Skills: Fluently in English and Spanish.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; Master's degree is a plus.
