Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Global Snack Sales Strategist to join our team in Medellín, Colombia. As a senior member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving impactful decisions and executing commercial plans with excellence.

Kellanova is a world-class snacks-led powerhouse that brings boldness and passion to the snacking industry. Our portfolio of iconic brands includes Pringles, Cheez-It, Pop-Tarts, MorningStar Farms, Special K, Krave, Zucaritas, Tresor, Crunchy Nut, among others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence stakeholders' opinions and guide client decision-making towards strategic offers.
  • Analyze and execute sell-in and sell-out strategies for assigned territories.
  • Maintain control of portfolio and investment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, International Business, Administrative Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience in commercial management with key accounts in traditional channels and distributors.
  • Leadership experience in commercial teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent data analysis and Excel skills.
  • Intermediate level of English.
