About the Role: As a Commercial Principal for Private Equity at Dialectica, you will drive growth and lead a team of professionals overseeing Private Equity client service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to drive commercial growth and increase market share in Private Equity.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand services and generate revenue growth.
- Develop innovative solutions to meet evolving Private Equity client needs and differentiate our offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Private Equity clients as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and identify ways to deliver added value through our services.
- Regularly visit clients to build rapport and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Business Development:
- Lead business development efforts within the Private Equity division, including prospecting, lead generation, and proposal development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and collateral to attract new clients and promote our services effectively.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise our profile and generate new business leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- Professional services/consulting/research experience; transactions experience highly valued.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional value to clients and driving business growth.
