We're seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Director to join our team, driving the delivery of our services to clients and their customers.

The ideal candidate will define and shape the best processes and tools for clients to maintain and increase product value, while managing relationships between clients and our operational services teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Actively participating in client and internal contract negotiations
  • Producing service design requirements
  • Contributes to estimating costs, timescales, and resource requirements for service commitments
  • Evaluating service status, including SLA management and contractual metrics
  • Establishing and maintaining processes required for client services
  • Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on regular activities subject to contractual agreement or service management processes
  • Assisting with planning and managing the overall financial budget to minimize risk and maximize profitability
  • Monitoring and influencing improved customer experience
  • Contributing to problems being addressed in a timely manner
  • Ensuring new services or changes in services are transitioned into support according to established processes
  • Working closely with clients on business continuity, participating in planning and implementation of risk management and impact analysis
  • Ensuring Continual Service Improvement (CSI) and participating in the definition of countermeasures and contingency arrangements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the delivery of similar ITIL-aligned services to SLAs, a working knowledge of relevant technologies, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
