We are seeking an ambitious Digital Marketing Strategist with at least 3 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, preferably within the IBM ecosystem or a related sector. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing high-impact marketing strategies, developing content, and driving engagement across various channels. This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent English language skills.
Prerequisites:
- You must reside in Colombia and be eligible for employment in Colombia.
- Proficiency in English is essential for this role.
- A Visa for travel to the U.S. is highly desired.
- You will be required to complete an assessment test as part of our candidate evaluation process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content tailored to our enterprise audience for our website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Campaign Management: Support the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with our agency and other partners, ensuring alignment with Salient Process's brand voice and strategic goals.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Develop sales enablement materials such as brochures, case studies, presentations, and white papers to support the sales process.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage and monitor Salient Process's social media presence by crafting engaging posts, managing interactions, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Coordinate with team members and clients: Showcase success stories, case studies, and thought leadership.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance strategy and performance. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and tools to refine our digital presence continuously.
- Content Development: Craft compelling and globally resonant product content that effectively communicates the value of our solutions to business clients. Create, curate, and manage engaging content across multiple channels, including our website, blog, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (we consider equivalent experience as a substitute).
- Proven experience 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the tech, software, or consulting industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with content creation, ads, SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with the ability to produce compelling content.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work cross-functionally.
- Domestic and international travel may be required.
