Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist Lead to join our team at Iqor. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to establish and implement end-to-end digital marketing capabilities that drive business growth.

About the Role: As a Digital Marketing Strategist Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes leading the implementation of media planning and buying, search engine optimization (SEO), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Lead projects as directed by the Social Media Manager, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Analyze campaign data and compile regular reports on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Graphic Designers and Copywriters, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, applying this knowledge to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Create and implement schedules for digital content across social media channels.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist in a BPO company.
  • Proven track record of creating and deploying new or existing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to provide performance marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and creative writing abilities.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop and social media platforms.
  • Project management skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
