About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading visual design projects, creating compelling branding assets, and supporting marketing initiatives for our clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional design skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation of visual concepts, branding assets, and marketing materials.

Design graphics for digital campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and print collateral.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure design consistency and alignment.

Develop and maintain brand guidelines across projects and clients.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Present design ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients.

Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers when needed.

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and storytelling.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools.

Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Experience designing for both digital and print media.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts clearly.

Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
