**Graphic Designer: Job Position**

We are looking for a graphic designer with a love for typography and a refined taste of tone and photography to elevate the visual impact of our brand. You will join our creative team to bring beautiful campaigns and brand experiences to life. You will be constantly on the lookout for new design trends to help grow the brand. You are willing to jump in and try new things. You're a finisher and get things done. You like to have fun and believe in doing good. Gathre is a small brand with big goals. We have a tight knit culture with opportunities for growth and are looking for someone awesome to add to our team. This position is 20-40 hours contract work depending on the season.

Day to Day
- Develop consistent and on-brand design material daily
- Explore and present new design ideas to the Gathre creative team
- Ideate and bring innovative ideas to weekly content meetings across all platforms
- Plan, curate, and execute marketing driven content that speaks to our Gathre customer

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of DTC ecommerce experience preferably in the baby/kids space
- Understanding of our brand and love of mínimalist design and typography
- Proficient in Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- An online portfolio of creative work demonstrating design experience
- Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas
- Up-to-date with industry leading software and technologies
- Strong follow through with proven ability to do so in past work
- An understanding the day is not done until the job is completed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Location: Work from Home/ Remote. Open to remote work only in those with 3-5 years in DTC Ecom experience.

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
