Worldpanel Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia Graphic Designer Graphic Designer brings the Worldpanel by Numerator brand and data stories to life through exceptional visual design. Sitting within the Global Marketing Center of Excellence, this role transforms strategic direction and content from Product Marketing, Storytelling, Thought Leadership, and Regional teams into polished, on‑brand creative assets. Working under the guidance of the Creative Services Manager , the Graphic Designer focuses on design excellence, visual consistency, and creative execution across global campaigns, presentations, reports, and digital channels. Responsibilities Design and produce a variety of marketing materials — including presentations, infographics, reports, event visuals, digital and print collateral, and social media content. Translate campaign briefs, content, and data‑driven insights into visually engaging designs that communicate clearly and creatively. Work from existing templates and brand guidelines while bringing a fresh eye to layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Support creative production across digital and print formats; prepare and package final assets for delivery. Apply and maintain Worldpanel’s global design system and brand standards to ensure all creative outputs are consistent, professional, and aligned with visual identity. Help evolve and enhance the global brand toolkit (templates, iconography, color, and imagery) under direction of the Creative Services Manager. Partner with Regional and Storytelling teams to adapt assets for local markets while preserving brand integrity. Collaborate with the Storytelling & Campaigns, Product Marketing, and Thought Leadership teams to bring creative ideas to life. Receive creative direction and project assignments from the Creative Services Manager , ensuring work aligns to strategic priorities and timelines. Provide design input during concept development and assist in creating visual approaches for campaigns and reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field 3–5 years of experience in graphic design or creative services , ideally within a B2B, tech, or data‑driven environment . Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or Figma). Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling principles . Experience translating complex ideas or data into clear, compelling visuals. Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working to deadlines. Fluent in English ; additional languages a plus.
