For the first time in history, FIs can partner with a single company to create, host, and manage their Digital Branch within one complete ecosystem. This is an on-site, in-office, be-around-other-humans position in our **Bogotá, Colombia,** office. **Keep reading if you**- Have a sense of humor - we do a lot of laughing here- - Want to be a part of a constantly growing company with a bright future- Be humble and have a "get it done" attitude.- Have strong English written and verbal communication skills- Be a self-starter and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment **Graphic Designer Responsibilities** - Develop compelling graphics that engage our clients’ members- Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand the client’s vision- - Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral- - Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software **What you need for this role** - Associate degree in graphic arts, marketing, or a related field preferred- Professional portfolio to present- - Must be able to absorb constructive criticism and take direction from upper management- - Must be able to work full-time Monday-Friday- - Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time to meet deadlines- - while producing high quality work- - Ability to take initiative, act independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - including written and verbal- - Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations- Multilingual applicants are a plus **Software Skills Required** - Adobe Photoshop- Adobe Illustrator- - Adobe Lightroom- - Adobe Indesign- - Adobe Premiere Pro.
