**What You’ll Do**

As a Senior Graphic Designer on the marketing team, you will be responsible for executing graphics and images in support of our go-to-market and communications efforts, specially assisting the creation, conceptualization and assembly of branded content, digital documents & PPT corporate presentations. You will work with a US-based team of designers in a corporate environment and will deliver creative assets across multiple mediums, bringing stories to life through visual treatments and a remarkable attention to detail.

You will report to the Creative Director.

**During a Typical Day, You’ll**
- Have the unique opportunity to bring fresh ideas for a worldwide leader brand in the market, creating exciting opportunities for new thinking.
- Collaborate with other departments, including partners, practices and product teams, to develop design solutions that meet their needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the global design team to create high-quality B2B graphic designs, including Indesign/PDF documents, infographics, marketing collateral, social media assets and other materials.
- Design, conceptualize, and adjust business-related corporate documents (PowerPoint), to produce clear, impactful and concise corporate presentations.
- Develop and execute creative designs across multiple mediums, including digital, print, and aiding in the creation / conceptualization of video assets to be developed by the audiovisual team.
- Bring stories to life through compelling visual treatments that align with our brand.
- Test and iterate on visuals to ensure that they resonate with our audience and drive results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, ensuring that our designs are innovative and modern.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining the highest-quality design standards and a remarkable attention to detail.
- Use creative problem-solving skills to interpret design briefs and develop effective design solutions that meet the project’s needs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the design team to develop concepts for new projects.
- Assist with design-related tasks such as image research, file management, and prepping files for print or digital output.

**What We Require**:
**Tech Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as graphic designer.
- A strong portfolio that showcases creativity, attention to detail, excellent graphic quality and a wide range of design styles.
- Remarkable skills in fields such as: corporate branding, editorial design.
- Desired skills in B2B graphic design (ideally more than 3 years of experience in B2B).
- Bonus points if you are proficient in illustration (corporate).
- Bonus points if you are proficient in interactive design (UX/UI)
- Proficiency in English at a **bilingual conversational level**. All work is carried out alongside a global team of marketing professionals.

**Soft Skills**:

- Critical thinking to understand, reorganize, simplify, conceptualize, and visualize information more effectively in corporate documents.
- Ability to present design concepts clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a global team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
