Technical Project Manager

Estamos en búsqueda de Technical Project Manager.

Principales responsabilidades

- Identificación, priorización y autorización de proyectos para alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos de la organización.

- Planeación, priorización y control de actividades de los proyectos en coordinación con las áreas involucradas.

- Recopilación de estimados del esfuerzo necesario en cuanto a recursos, tiempos y costos de la totalidad de las soluciones.

- Aseguramiento del entendimiento de las necesidades del negocio para buscar soluciones efectivas.

- Presentación y negociación de las propuestas de solución a las áreas de negocio involucradas.

- Definición de riesgos y acciones de mitigación.

- Documentación de acuerdos y seguimiento de pendientes resultantes.

- Elaboración de lecciones aprendidas del manejo de los proyectos.

- Gestión de aspectos financieros de los proyectos (Forecast, Revenue, Gross Margin, Gross Profit).

Requerimientos

- Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

- Más de 5 años de experiencia liderando proyectos en tecnologías.

- Conocimiento en metodologías PMP y metodologías ágiles.

- Experiencia en planeación y control de proyectos.

- Conocimientos en arquitecturas en nube e híbridas.

- Conocimiento en plataformas de nube como AWS y Azure, y contenedores con EKS.

- Habilidades de negociación y comunicación efectiva.

- Deseable manejo de aspectos financieros de proyectos.

- Modalidad híbrida (semi presencial Medellin).
