About the Team / Role

You will be part of the Strategy team, which is in charge of implementing key initiatives to drive growth across Latam. The team creates tools and processes to guide the commercial team towards our yearly goal and collaborates with stakeholders to create a positive impact on results. This data‑driven role requires a rare combination of business strategic thinking, hands‑on problem solving, and strong stakeholder management skills.

- Translate company strategy into clear, measurable sales and performance goals.

- Design and implement incentive models that drive sales performance and align with business objectives.

- Cascade objectives across regions, channels, and individual roles.

- Ensure fairness, transparency, and scalability of incentive schemes.

- Provide tools and guidelines to ensure teams understand expectations and priorities.

- Monitor performance and adjust strategies to market dynamics and competitive shifts.

- Lead the goal‑setting and tactics team to ensure the incentive process runs smoothly.

- Professional background: 10 years of experience in Finance, Consulting, Strategy, data analysis or related field.

- 8+ years of experience as a manager.

- Project management skills.

- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.

- Stakeholder management experience.

- Solid business sense, familiar with finance concepts.

- Effective communication (verbal and written), in English and Spanish.

- Highly motivated, proactive, self‑learner, independent, solid sense of ownership, hands‑on approach.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial/Mathematics or related fields.
