Team Overview

You will be part of our Strategy team, and your team is in charge of implementing key initiatives to drive growth across Latam. Strategy team is in charge of creating tools and processes to guide the commercial team towards our yearly goal. You will be working with a team of orangers and influencing key stakeholders to create a positive impact on our results. This data driven role calls for a rare combination of business strategic thinking and hands-on problem solving, as well as a strong stake holders management skills. Strategy team members are very important for the expansion and sustainability of our business across the region, as well as helping our restaurant partners in maximizing their growth potential in our platform.



Role Responsibilities

  • Translate company strategy into clear, measurable sales and performance goals.
  • Design and implement incentive models that drive sales performance and align with business objectives.
  • Cascade objectives across regions, channels, and individual roles.
  • Ensure fairness, transparency, and scalability of incentive schemes.
  • Provide tools and guidelines to ensure teams understand expectations and priorities.
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategies to market dynamics and competitive shifts.
  • Lead goal setting and tactics team to ensure incentive process runs smoothly


Role Qualifications

  • Professional background: 10 years of experience in Finance, Consulting, Strategy, data analysis or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as manager
  • Project management Skills
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Solid business sense, familiar with Finance concepts
  • Effective communication (verbal and written), both in English and Spanish.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, self-learner, Independent, solid sense of ownership, hands-on approach.
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Actuarial/ Mathematics or related fields
