We're Hiring: Business Development Representative
The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a crucial role in driving company growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
As a bridge between the marketing and sales teams, the BDR focuses on lead generation and qualification to expand the customer base.
Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute automated outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Utilize email marketing automation tools to nurture leads and track engagement.
Identify and qualify potential clients, leveraging data analysis to prioritize outreach efforts.
Collaborate with sales to refine lead scoring and optimize conversion rates.
Manage and maintain CRM (HubSpot) to track KPIs, sales metrics, and lead performance.
Engage in cold calling, emailing, and networking to connect with potential clients and introduce them to the company's products or services.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with suitable solutions.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching new markets and improving lead generation efforts.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and lead performance.
Screening Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or lead generation.
Required Qualifications: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
Technical proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets, Excel , or similar for data analysis.
Familiarity with email marketing automation, lead nurturing, and A/B testing.
Strong analytical skills , with experience in tracking and optimizing lead generation and sales activities.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with strong time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills , with attention to detail.
Desired Qualifications: Experience with AI-driven marketing automation tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Marketo).
Basic proficiency in data analysis tools is a plus.
Prior experience in the ERP or SaaS industry is a plus.
Graphic design experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva .
Experience using HubSpot CRM is a Must.
