**RETIREMENT ACTUARIAL COORDINATOR**

We are seeking a highly motivated Retirement Actuarial Coordinator who will provide support to our regional team HUB Colombia Wealth

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our office in Colombia.

**What the day will look like**:

- You will be responsible for managing analysts who perform actuarial valuations of varying complexity in support of North American clients
- You will carry out complex actuarial valuations, coordinating responsibilities with global teams and meeting defined deadlines
- You will guarantee compliance and drive usage of processes, templates, precedents, and compliance guidelines as a competent checker
- You will demonstrate a very good understanding of defined benefit plan operating and regulatory environment and actuarial professional requirements
- You will guide the creation of learning resources for the team, such as best practices sharing or training materials for types of work
- You will focus on quality and efficiency of the team’s work product.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:
- Educated to University degree level, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science.
- Industry knowledge and good work experience (employee benefits and retirement programs preferred)
- Experience leading a team and managing its deliverables with high quality standards
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment by being respectful and motivating others, giving timely feedback and being an active listener
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Excellent project management skills demonstrated by ability to handle multiple valuations and management responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Pensions or insurance domain experience will be an advantage.
- Advanced English
