**RETIREMENT ACTUARIAL ANALYST**

We are seeking a highly motivated Retirement Actuarial Analyst who will provide support to our regional team HUB Colombia Wealth

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our office in Bogota.

**What the day will look like**:

- You will work with global teams and be expected to meet deadlines
- You will ask questions and learn new competencies
- You will focus on quality
- You will be expected to follow clear guidelines and have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues
- You will need to be keen to details
- You will volunteer for work when not busy
- You will be able to clearly communicate your work
- You will need to document your own work daily
- You will need to prioritize actuarial valuations independently
- You will have project management responsibility.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- Educated to university degree level, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science, economics and Engineer.
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Solid quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Relevant proven track record (pensions or similar) will be an advantage
- Advanced English
