Job description

We are currently in search of a Jr Strategy and Governance Connector role to be based in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador or Central America, to work in a hybrid model. Role Description Co-Responsible and Co-accountable for overseeing Strategic Planning, Governance and Consumer Business Intelligence. This roles orchestrates connections among the organization, stablishes clear priorities and process to guide execution. This includes working with and aligning with crossfunction stakeholder. Co-leads Brand Plans Process and its continuous improvement. Supports syndicated data processes.

Main Functions:

- Translates regional standardized processes into local execution of the process, wiring rituals.
- Assists Market Projections and promotes the usage of regional tools behind Strategic Cycles.
- Helps to deploy and implement timelines, calendars, and company agendas, avoiding duplicity, and leveraging Agile mindset.
- Constant retro feedback of processes and cycles.
- Co-lead rituals, provides clear Roles & Responsibilities, to guarantee delivering strategy and business results.
- Go to person for cross-functional teams to gear strategic planning cycle.
- Reporting behind syndicated data services.
- Understand the competitive marketplace and data challenges in the markets in order to identify business opportunities.
- Lead and management external partners relationship

- Ensure Market Research Service Level Agreement.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills; experience collaborating with and presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- Business acumen, good work ethic, passion for keeping up with external | market trends.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred area of study in Business, Economics, Marketing, Advertising
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience consisting of Shopper/Trade/Finance/Marketing
