The** Financial Executive Jr **performs the payroll settlement and payment process according to the legal guidelines of Colombia. Ensure that the accruals related to payroll are performed every month. Ensure consistency of information between the payroll system and SAP. End month closing process and reports. Attention to external requirements (EPS, fiscal entities, audit)
**Responsabilites**:
- Perform the payroll settlement process that includes: load atypical informartion, GHP interface, random tests of the withholding calculation, final reports, generation of the file to upload to the bank's portal, generate payment receipts.
- Perform the accounting interface process between the payroll system and SAP.
- Perform the final liquidation process when an employee leaves the Company.
- Ensure the payroll payments in the countries of the Andean Region in accordance with the legal guidelines of each country and in the times defined by the Company.
- Perform the payroll settlement and payment process according to the legal guidelines of each country in the Andean Region.
- Ensure that the accruals related to payroll are performed every month.
- Ensure consistency of information between the payroll system and SAP. End month closing process and reports. Attention to external requirements (EPS, fiscal entities, audit)
- Ensure that the accruals related to payroll are performed every month.
- Other specific payroll processes of each country (Profit sharing).
**What de you need?**
- Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance or any related field.
- Intermediate English.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- 3 years of experience in Colombia´s payroll.
- Knowledge of Andina Payroll (Bolivia, Peru Ecuador) (desirable)
- Knowledge of Kactus (desirable)
- Experience processing payroll of plant operators (Desirable)
