The Analyst, Strategy CoE & Digital Transformation BP will lead, execute and deliver digital use cases, acting as business partner for the Digital Transformation area, ensuring project management best practices.

Location: São Paulo/Brazil, Cali/Colombia or Guadalajara/Mexico

Reports to: Strategy CoE Sr. Manager, LATAM

As part of our Strategy CoE LATAM team, your role will be:

Work closely with Head of Digital Transformation to formulate and execute the digital strategy and ensure its strategic alignment with South America region and Global Digital strategies; Implement and/or adopt existent project management tools and practices to guarantee projects milestones and deliverables; Ensure project management office best practices throughout project life cycle by leading or assisting cross-functional teams; Ensure risk management and contingency planning takes place on relevant projects as fall back in case projects encounter delay, increased cost, or quality concerns; Measure, analyze and communicate effectiveness and results of digital transformation process, and also provide training, facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects; Sustain digital culture through development of disruptive opportunities within and outside company: market benchmarking, startups, future trends, academic researches, etc.

What do you need to be successful in the role?

Experience in project and/or program management; Basic knowledge in Digital Transformation and Agile Methodology; Networking & influencing skills across all levels in the organization; Learnability and coachability skills; Great listening, written, verbal communication and presentation skills; Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task effectively; Ability to analyze, interpretate and summarize findings with raw data and give recommendations;

What requirements do you need to be our ideal candidate?

Bachelor’s degree; Proficiency in English and Portuguese or Spanish; Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Planner, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, PowerBI…); Availability to travel within region.
