**What You'll Do**
- Hit the department sales target of $4,000,000/year within 18 months.
- Lead a team Comprised of: roofing account manager, homeowner r&r sales, repair/service-plan sales, receptionist, and operations, customer service, representative
- Hit 60% close rate on quoted R&R and repair
- Coach sales people by guiding, listen to their calls, providing feedback and encourage them, etc.
- Spend 40% of your time on sales, R&R and repair so you stay involved and can’t understand the process
- Create and manage sales follow up software system for removals and reinstalls
- Higher and train roofing account managers and repair sales people
- Supervised data collection and analyzing to provide insight on pricing, Sales strategy, competition, etc
- Attend 4x/week, sales, trainings, and incorporate feedback into our system
- Document all department processes for easy training of new employees
**What You'll Bring To The Team**
- C2 preferred, C1 acceptable written and spoken English.
- +5 years full-time professional job experience
- +5 years managing sales teams, minimum five employees, B2B and B2C experience
- Willing to spend the first six months, doing sales themselves to learn then delegate
- Strong desire to learn
- Comfortable and scaling environment
