Who we are we looking for?_**
- _We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing organization and develop and manage marketing programs_ _that, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, partner with sales to advance commercial goals, and advance brand building._

Qualifications_**
- _
10+ years of experience in Marketing._
- _
English advanced_
- _
Marketing experience, preferably in the North American market_
- _
Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results_
- _
Integrated marketing expertise, including online and offline complex marketing programs and content generation activities_
- _
Exposure to account based marketing programs, preferably in the B2B space_
- _
Strong ability to develop and foster relationships with sales teams, stakeholders and external partners_
- _
Strong project management skills_
- _
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking_

Responsibilities:_**
- _
Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan_
- _
Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics_
- _
Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention_
- _
Develop a full content marketing strategy that can be implemented across the organization and oversee its execution_
- _
Manage relationships with external organizations and associations to maximize their value for the organization_
- _
Partner with sales to support key commercial opportunities and lead generation_
- _
Implement an account-based marketing program to increase share of wallet with new and existing customers_
- _
Partner and manage creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors_
- _
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes_
- _
Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors_
