**Call provided leads and qualify the seller's property to sell through our program**:

- Follow up with leads on the proper follow update shown in CRM.
- Be able to evaluate homes using our softwares provided.
- Successfully overcome objections
- This is a sales position and sales experience is required
- All training and scripts are provided, but must already have the foundation of a sales agent
- Working online using our CRM and resources
- BONUS IS OFFERED
- Pay is in USD - $800 USD +

OfferCharm is a real estate investment company. We work directly with sellers that are interested in selling their homes in Florida and Georgia. We work very closely with our sales team with multiple meetings weekly to ensure everyone on our team is set up for success to grow with us and treat everyone on our team as family. We are looking for like minded individuals that want to work in an exciting environment and grow together

Pay: From $3,150,000 per month
