**About The Role**

We are seeking a motivated Senior Marketing Assistant to join our Bogota, Colombia office.

**What You’ll Do**

**Primary Duties**
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute a marketing plan to showcase, profile and support our experts in Colombia with key audiences
- Assist the regional marketing director with the strategy and execution of thought leadership and content
- Work with the practice professionals to develop and promote thought leadership
- Pilot new ideas for content and thought leadership (development and medium)
- Work with teams to profile and segment our target audiences better, including database management and mass communications
- Oversee media relations efforts
- Develop and execute event plans
- Research sponsorships and speaking opportunities
- Develop and oversee a process for follow up after significant marketing/business development events
- Assess ROI on budget spend
- Develop a social media strategy (with our digital experts) and oversee implementation; assist with writing social media content for the segments (with support)
- Coordinate and support content development for direct marketing initiatives
- Assist in developing and managing content and collateral for the segment: case studies, website content, bios, brochures, credentials, banners, gifts, etc.
- Liaise and coordinate with global marketing functions in order to adapt thought leadership for Colombia and the region

**What You Will Need To Succeed**

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with a professional service firm, law firm or corporation in a marketing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent, concise and persuasive business writing and editing skills
- Creative and innovative with a strong eye for design with tools such as Canva
