**What You’ll Do**
TTEC is looking for a collaborative visionary and deadline wrangler who will bring out their warrior spirit to make a global impact on how TTEC communicates with their employees and future employees; a true strategic pioneer who thrives in the development of processes and can transform their ideas through their passion, dedication, and commitment.
**During a Typical Day, You’ll**
- Create brand strategies and tactics related to talent acquisition independently of others
- Thinks strategically to solve client problems, create project plans, and execute accordingly with a Global fluency to create international team spirit and enhance diversity
- Drives accountability to establish clear, measurable goals, taking ownership of responsibilities
- Team building to promote collaboration and cross-cultural cooperation while leading and engaging others and demonstrating integrity
- Customer focused to identify and help others to meet their needs
- Results-oriented to achieve business goals, with a concern for working well, surpassing standards of excellence and passion for challenges
- Analytical thinker - ability to analyze complex problems and provide simplified solutions for fast and effective decisions

**What You Bring to the Role**
- BA/BS in journalism, marketing and/or advertising agency, marketing or PR background
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and creative development
- A key understanding of the creative development and project management process with the ability to synthesize complex problems into manageable parts
- Possess excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with others using sensitivity, tact, and sound judgment.
- Experience building brand maps, brand architecture guidelines, and style guides
- Extensive experience building and organizing corporate assets and organizational toolkits
- Ability to develop copy for ad campaigns, websites, brochures, and marketing materials
- Experience in employer branding, human resources, or internal communications
- Extraordinary ability to develop quick, attractive, and effective presentations
