**Cómo será el día típico**
- Acompañar el crecimiento sostenible del negocio, mediante una estrategia lead Management de marketing integrada, articulada y conectada, enfocada en la aceleración del proceso de ventas, optimización de la experiência del cliente Aon, posicionamiento de la marca en Colombia. _
- Este rol tendrá dos responsabilidades esenciales a ejecutar: Desarrollo y Gestión de lead Management de marketing para la operación de Aon en Colombia. Y gestión de eventos corporativos_
- _ Gestión de la estrategia de marketing y comms para Colombia._
- _ Planeación, gestión y ejecución de campañas de marketing y comunicaciones para clientes externos de Aon Colombia. _
- _Planeación, gestión y ejecución de campañas de marketing para clientes externos, acompañando el crecimiento sostenible del negocio, mediante una estrategia de Marketing y Comunicaciones integrada, articulada y conectada, enfocada en la aceleración del proceso de ventas. Para esto, deberá definir estrategia, mensajes, canales y KPIs de medición_
- _ Ejecución de la estrategia de Comunicaciones y Patrocinios para Colombia _
- _Gestión de agencia local, para la ejecución de campañas internas y externas_
- _ Este rol es responsable de co-liderar, crear, ejecutar y monitorear estrategias, campañas, mailings, eventos, seminarios, etc_

**Habilidades y experiência que conducirán al éxito**
- _ Profesional de carreras Marketing, Administración de empresas, Comunicaciones o afines_
- _ Experiência de al menos 2 años en generación de eventos, generación y seguimiento de campañas, Marketing B2B._
- _ Planificación y seguimiento de proyectos _
