Nos apasiona construir relaciones comerciales sólidas y duraderas. Buscamos un Client Executive entusiasta y proactivo que sea el enlace clave entre Solvo y nuestros clientes, asegurando una experiência excepcional.
Tu misión:
- **Construir puentes**: Serás el principal contacto entre Solvo y nuestros clientes, asegurando una comunicación fluida y efectiva.
- **Resolver con anticipación**: Identificarás y solucionarás proactivamente cualquier inconveniente que pueda surgir.
- **Acompañar al cliente**: Desde la integración inicial hasta su permanencia a largo plazo, garantizarás la satisfacción y fidelización del cliente.
- **Facilitar la comunicación**: Coordinarás entre el equipo de ventas, los clientes y las áreas internas para asegurar respuestas rápidas y soluciones eficientes.
Tus responsabilidades:
- **Comunicación efectiva**: Mantén una relación sólida con el cliente y asegura el cumplimiento de las actividades acordadas.
- **Prevención proactiva**: Activa los esfuerzos del equipo de Attrition para anticipar y resolver problemas potenciales.
- **Reuniones estratégicas**: Conduce reuniones frecuentes para desarrollar estrategias personalizadas basadas en las necesidades del cliente.
- **Medición de satisfacción**: Asegura la permanencia del cliente a través de la medición de la satisfacción con herramientas como CSAT y CRM
- **Coordinación interna**: Facilita la comunicación entre equipos internos y externos para garantizar soluciones rápidas y eficientes.
Lo que necesitas:
- **Habilidades de negociación y resolución de conflictos**: Excelentes habilidades para manejar y resolver problemas.
- **Gestión de cuentas**: Experiência en la gestión integral de cuentas estratégicas y en la implementación de soluciones personalizadas.
- **Manejo de CRM**: Competencia en el uso de sistemas CRM para la gestión de relaciones con clientes.
- **Análisis de datos**: Habilidad para analizar datos y elaborar informes estratégicos.
- **Trabajo en equipo y comunicación**: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación asertiva y trabajo en equipo.
- **Capacidad analítica y adaptabilidad**: Capacidad para resolver problemas, adaptarse y manejar múltiples tareas.
**Requerimientos**:
- **Nível de inglés**: 9.0 a 10.0.
- **Nível de estudios**: Técnico o Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios Internacionales u otras disciplinas afines.
