Job Description:

As a Paid Media Specialist at Launch Potato, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our paid media campaigns. Your expertise in pairing creative media with ROAS KPIs and direct-to-consumer (DTC) data analysis will have a significant impact on unlocking financial potential for over 10 million new customers. This position offers tremendous learning potential, with opportunities to own campaigns, channels, and/or verticals as the team continues to scale.

This role supports the Social & Native team by contributing to processes, reporting, and general operation tasks as delegated. The ideal candidate will be someone with an analytic mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail. They should be able to think outside the box and have a hunger for testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tactically plan, create, and launch new creative tests across platforms and verticals using various ad formats.
  • Design compelling ad creatives in Canva/Photoshop to target specific audiences.
  • Analyze paid media campaigns to develop, execute, test, and report on paid media strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams on optimization, A/B testing, and overall strategy.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of hands-on experience setting up and optimizing digital media campaigns, with a specialization in paid social (Meta/Facebook is the priority).
  • A deep understanding of direct-response marketing principles and the ability to create ads that drive engagement.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.) and data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to develop cross-department relationships and keep stakeholders informed of campaign performance.
