We are searching for the best talent for **Global Services Total Rewards Senior Analyst, Benefit Operations LATAM** to be in **Bogotá, Colombia **.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Supervise operations of benefits and pension administrators, health plans and other third party vendors in LATAM to ensure successful delivery of all services in accordance with Company policies/programs, customer service expectations and quality controls.
- Monitor contractual Performance Standards and scope of services commitments for benefits vendors and customer service functions across the discipline in LATAM and interact with third party vendors as needed on these topics.
- Independently support implementations of benefits programs, including updates to global benefit administration systems, documentation and customer service materials.
- Independently support ongoing operations, including updates to benefit administration systems, benefits renewal processing, annual enrollments, system audits, and customer service matters.
- Audit services to ensure compliance with contracts, services agreements and compliance controls.
- Handle appeals relating to enrollment, eligibility, severance, healthcare claim and pension matters.
- Collaborate with other internal groups and third-party vendors to support technical infrastructure testing, data interfaces in/out of the system, testing strategies and execution for plan changes and reporting.
- Consult with Corporate Services Total Rewards and/or third-party vendors on product or service enhancements and/or changes.
- Provide detailed analytical support to the Total Rewards team including extensive research, ad hoc analysis of data, and recommendations for improvements.
- Interface with Corporate Services, local/regional HR teams, brokers and third-party benefit administrators to ensure timely delivery of benefit-related matters.
- Handle day-to-day assigned tasks, initiatives and projects that arise, escalating cases as appropriate.
- Support acquisitions, divestitures, or restructuring related to Total Rewards matters.
- Support special projects and perform additional duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience working in a Compensation, Benefits and/or HR/Business Operations capacity with strong analytical focus is required.
- Excellent level of Spanish and English required (Portuguese preferred).
- Strong project management skills with experience in supporting the execution of large-scale projects is required.
- Strong sense of urgency, process-orientation, attention to detail, outstanding teaming and collaboration skills are required.
- Excellent research and quantitative business skills are required.
- Proven experience at a complex, matrixed environment is preferred.
- 2 years of experience supporting the management of large, complex outsourcing relationships preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software products, Workday, SalesForce, database and HRIS systems and reporting tools is preferred.
- This position is located in Bogota, Colombia and may require up to 10% travel.
