We are searching for the best talent for **Global Services Total Rewards Team Leader, Benefit Operations** to be in **Bogotá ,Colombia **.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Support the day-to-day service delivery for benefits administration, healthcare, pension and ancillary benefit operations for 14 countries comprising the Latin America region.
- Supervise work of Benefits Analysts, including:
- Monitoring real-time operational performance and ensuring team is staffed appropriately for anticipated work volume as well as escalation of unusual events.
- Providing daily and monthly performance feedback and coaching to direct reports; and monitoring the development and training needs of team members.
- Mentoring and providing leadership development to team members.
- Selecting, interviewing, and hiring of team members.
- Driving team engagement and adherence to a global culture identity for Global Services, HR and establishing a set of values to promote achievement and continuous improvement in conjunction with the overall Global Services organization.- Support benefits implementations and enrollment processes for the region.
- Identify continuous improvement and intelligent automation opportunities and support operational changes to elevate the employee experience and improve efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Handle escalated issues according to J&J SFDC SLAs, and Plan rules.
- Review and document processes for the Company’s healthcare plans and programs across LATAM.
- Collaborate with the internal and external business partners to ensure that benefits processes are managed and delivered per policies, program requirements and contract terms.
- Manage the development, review and update of healthcare policy and program documentation. (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, Desktop Procedures, Process Flows, etc.), to ensure complete, accurate, and up-to-date depiction of policies, plans, programs and processes.
- Conduct audits of services across the region to ensure compliance with contracts and/or services agreements.
- Fostering a culture of inclusiveness and multi-cultural engagement through coaching and feedback to peers and the broader community in Global Services, HR in alignment with the Company's Leadership Imperatives.
- Support major benefits projects such as acquisitions, divestitures, or restructurings.
- Other duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience working in a Compensation, Benefits and/or in HR/Business Operations capacity with strong analytical focus is required.
- Strong sense of urgency, process-orientation, attention to detail, outstanding teaming and collaboration skills required.
- Previous experience supervising the work of others required.
- Excellent level of Spanish and English is required (Portuguese preferred).
- Strong project management skills with experience in supporting the execution of large-scale projects is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software products, Workday, SalesForce, database and HRIS systems and reporting tools is preferred.
- This position is located in Bogota, Colombia and may require up to 10% travel.
