We are searching for the best talent for LATAM Total Rewards Senior Analyst to be in Bogotá, Colombia.

**Purpose**:
LATAM Total Rewards Senior Analyswill be responsible for project implemetation & day-to-day management activities of the Total Rewards(includes compensation Leaves & Benefits administration) department.
Manages improvements & design, development and implementation of Total Rewards programs/projects and practices for the organization.
Provides guidance and interpretation of various compensation and benefit policies.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Suport leadership - assigns tasks and allocates resources to team, carries out supervisory responsibilities include hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Deliver implementation and administration process and activities of Total Rewards programs.
- Develop special projects to address various incentive and/or retention requirements of business units. Resolves issues in the Total Rewards administration systems.
- Organizes and conducts external market benchmarking and job analyses, and makes recommendations.
- Supports Total Rewards manager in task planning and implementation, executes and leads projects as well.
- Oversees activities for open enrollment & new hire assimilation are conducted.
- Supervises and reviews premium reconciliation, wires for premiums, claims and other employee contributions to plan benefits.
- Monitors eligibility approval, audits, vendor relations, annual statement production and plan distributions. Plans, schedules, and evaluates work of staff.
- Ensures that Total Rewards practices are in compliance with all company and legal requirement.
- Use analytics tools to derive insights to inform talent and HR strategies in support of local, regional and/or enterprise business goals.

- Reviews premium reconciliation, wires for premiums, claims and other employee contributions to plan benefits.

- Supports the planning, design, implementation, and administration of cost-effective employee benefit programs consistent with company objectives.
- Performs all duties associated with the analysis of wage, salary, benefit data.
- Provides analytical support to the Total Rewards team. Assists in the administration and development of the organization's Total Rewards programs and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in Administration, Accounting, Legal or related.
- Relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits.
- Intermediate English
- Fluent Spanish
- Fluent Portuguese
