**Your Tasks**:
**Diseño de Estrategia de canales y Desarrollo de Planes de Canales**
- Liderar y administrar el plan para su canal, asegurando una ejecución e implementación impecables para lograr objetivos comerciales.
- Desarrollar planes comerciales personalizados para sus canales/clientes específicos que garanticen que todos las estrategia y planes de marca se reflejen en el punto de venta.
- Ser un socio estratégico para el equipo de KAMs y buscar trabajo colaborativo y efectivo.
- Análisis de los principales KPI para apoyar las iniciativas del canal y garantizar que todas las decisiones impulsen el crecimiento esperado.
- Es el responsable del presupuesto del canal y su administración eficiente.

**Ejecución Iniciativas de Categoría**:

- Liderar iniciativas de la categoría mediante la planeación - desarrollo -e ejecución de todos el proceso de camino a la compra.
- Administrar agencias y proveedores para diseñar y entregar materiales de punto de venta.
- Definir la inversión requerida y el retorno de la inversión resultante en cada iniciativa.

**Otros**:

- Contacto y negociación con agencias de POS
- Creación de Planes con áreas de mkt/ trade mkt de las cuentas
- Postmortem análisis para canal-Guidelines de Ejecución Anaquel, 2da Exhibición

**Your Profile**:
**Requisitos**
- Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadeo.
- Experiência de 3 años Trade marketing, Customer Marketing, Marketing
- Nível de inglés avanzado

- Pensamiento Estratégico
- Disciplina Operativa
- Capacidad de priorizar y entregar bajo presión
- Fortalecimiento de las relaciones y habilidades de negociación, comunicación verbal.
