El Channel Marketing Coordinator (Farmacias) es el co-responsable del desarrollo, planeación seguimientos y control del Plan Promocional para el canal de droguerías que incluye droguerías independientes, droguerías de cadena y depósitos, alineando su estrategia a los objetivos de la compañía, y posicionar las marcas de Haleon como la primera opción de recomendación por parte de los droguistas y elección por parte de consumidor.
- Tus responsabilidades:_

Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades clave como:

- Participar activamente en el diseño e implementación de las estrategias dirigidas al Trade (Clientes y PDV) para alcanzar las expectativas de crecimiento en el canal Droguerías (Cadenas e Independientes).
- Participar activamente en el desarrollo del plan farmacias 360° para así lograr asegurar la visita a la ponderada de las farmacias más importantes y con esto asegurar la implementación de la tienda perfecta según la estrategia de la compañía.
- Identificar, planear y construir oportunidades comerciales del Canal en términos de distribución, visibilidad y recomendación de nuestras marcas en el mercado.
- Desarrollo de Actividades promocionales de Temporada, involucrando capacitación Interactiva de las marcas participantes junto con lineamientos de la ejecución material POP acorde a las necesidades de canal y marcas
- Desarrollar material de capacitación de marcas interactivo dirigido a dependientes y alineados a las actividades promocionales de las marcas participantes.
- Seguimiento y control del plan promocional del canal.
- Planear, ejecutar y hacer seguimiento de presupuesto asignado al canal, maximizando el retorno de la inversión (ROI) de todas las actividades que se planteen para el Canal.
- Desarrollar y controlar las ofertas canal y consumidor logrando disponibilidad en POS y acercamiento de marca al consumidor.
- Maximizar el uso de las herramientas disponibles de información para conocer, desarrollar y apoyar la implementación de las actividades promocionales. (Nielsen, Sell out etc).
- Coordinar y hacer seguimiento del programa de In Store Execution con los gerentes de canal.

- Profesional universitario en Ingeniería, Administración, Marketing o carrera afín.
- Inglés Intermedio.
- Experiência de 4 años en cargos comerciales que involucren relacionamiento con clientes (ventas, trade / shopper y mercadeo).
- Excel nível Usuario.
