Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model - and our newly created Customer Centric Organisation (CCO) is fundamental on that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.
We’re looking for customer-centric people with strong B2C experience to play a part in this major marketing transformation. If you have omni-channel skills in e-commerce, marketing, channel strategy, customer experience or digital strategy, it’s a career-changing opportunity to shape a new global function and help create a smoke-free future.
Your ‘day to day’:
Build and execute strategies to influence shoppers’ behavior in retail environments to reach potential customers, increase sales, build brand loyalty, and drive long-term growth in the Andean Cluster. When done optimally, shopper marketing can have a positive impact not just on the sales of the product, but also on the overall
customer experience.
1. Constantly analyze adults’ tobacco shoppers' pattern of behavior to develop a deep knowledge of their drivers and needs as well as expectations and constraints from the retail point of view; leverage on other industries experiences to identify commonalities or differences and build a model of the shoppers' behaviors.
2. Based on a deep understanding of tobacco shoppers' behaviors, develop a merchandising strategy, and implement tools to optimize the purchasing experience and thus maximize PMFs efficiency at POS.
3. Analyze the factors that influence a shopper decision-making process, such as their emotional state, personal preferences, and store environment. By understanding these factors and crafting a comprehensive strategy that works in tandem with the product, shopper marketing specialists can drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
4. Develop a set of actionable criteria based on the shoppers' profile to further refine the traditional retail segmentation (consumers and volumes driven) and develop a merchandising strategy and a full set of tools to improve the efficiency of our activities at POS.
5. Develop the look of success per customer and format based on shopper and consumer insights linked to customer strategies.
Who we’re looking for:
- A minimum of a university degree in Business, Commercial, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
- Confirmed experience of 5 years in sales, commercial, consumer focus in Fast-moving consumer goods companies.
- Proven experience in brand management, retail channels and account specific marketing.
- Solid understanding and knowledge in the shopper.
- Project management, task orientation and focus on deliver results.
- Validated personal leadership, communication and negotiation skills are required.
- Advanced English level is preferred.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
