**About Loyal Guru**

Servicing 50 customers in 12 countries across the globe, Loyal Guru allows retailers to activate previously untapped data and customers, create personalized loyalty campaigns and offers that positively impact the customer, and identify new revenue streams for their customers and the brands they represent.

**The experience you’ll need**:

- Indispensable you must have knowledge and experience in the Retail world. In this role, you will be working for Cencosud Colombia
- Responsible for managing CRM campaigns, content and analysis in order to develop the loyalty performance and categories sales
- Act as the liaison between the client and other departments and communicate with internal and external partners to meet customer expectations.
- Lead and follow up on the onboarding process and platform training.
- Guarantee our clients are receiving appropriate support from all areas of the business and follow up on every issue.
- Responsible for answering and managing any ticket using JIRA and other tools LG uses to successfully solve the issues.
- Be the frontline of our Help Center answering any query or request from our customers.

**Your Background**:

- At least 3 years of experience in the retail sector, specifically in supermarkets, building loyalty campaigns.
- English and Spanish proficiency is mandatory.
- Have permanent residence in Latin America or the United States.
- Face to face visit to Cencosud Colombia ( frequency ob visits to be defined)
- Proficiency in Excel. Other analytical tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economy, or any related field.
- You have a very analytical mindset and an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- A customer-oriented person with a strong focus on results
