**Description**:
We are Hubtek, a young and innovative company that provides process optimization solutions to companies in the United States through Co-Managed Talent (Staffing) and Technology (Intelligent Automation). We strongly believe that the success of our company lies in the creation of learning and development experiences, teamwork, and the well-being of our people.
**Some of your responsibilities will be**:

- Covering loads in different lanes across the USA with existing or new carriers.
- Qualify new carriers through different platforms.
- Negotiate rates with carriers and tender loads.
- Ensure that all shipments are on-time for pick up and deliveries.
- Help source carrier lanes with open orders, look for the best rates for the available loads.

**Requirements**:
**What would help you succeed**:

- Studies: High School Degree or Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, or logistics related.
- Language: B2+ or C1 English proficiency. Be able to have fluent communication both written and verbally.
- Carrier sales representative role working with North American logistics companies, or sales background selling services like Internet, gas, phone lines, or telemarketing.
**Perks**:

- The schedule would be from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm. (We work by the American calendar)

- This job is on-site in Barranquilla.
