**¿Qué buscamos en un Sales Representative ideal?**
- **Experiência previa en Inbound Sales**: Demostrarás tu dominio de las técnicas y herramientas de Inbound Sales, incluyendo la diferencia entre lead activo y pasivo, Social Selling, las fases de la estrategia de inbound sales (Identificación, Conexión, Exploración y Asesoría).
- **Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales**: Expresarás las ideas de forma clara, concisa y convincente, tanto de forma escrita como oral, para conectar con los clientes y presentarles las soluciones de Inbound de manera efectiva.
- **Proactividad y autonomía**: Tomarás la iniciativa, gestionarás tu propio tiempo de forma eficiente y buscarás soluciones creativas para alcanzar los objetivos.
- **Pasión por el Inbound**: Creerás en el poder de la metodología Inbound para transformar negocios y hacerlos crecer.
- **Conocimiento de HubSpot**: Dominarás las diferentes licencias (Sales Hub, Services Hub, Marketing Hub), gestión de tareas, actividades, reportes, negocios y cuentas clave.
