**Descripción del puesto**:
Ofrecer las diferentes gamas de productos y servicios de Grupo STT y Unidades Digitales con el fin de atraer y concretar clientes para establecer relaciones comerciales. Ejecuta prospectos y ofertas para concretar y establecer las ventas de servicios a clientes interesados y potenciales.

**rea Comercial (Ventas) y tareas operativas**:

- Visitar clientes para generar negocio.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las generalidades y cambios del mercado nacional y global para entender las tendencias y diseñar las estrategias adecuadas para cada

mercado y cliente.
- Dar seguimiento y velar por construir una relación estrecha entre el cliente y Grupo STT. (servicio al cliente).
- Cumplir con el plan de mercadeo, prospección de clientes y cierre de negocios basado en los indicadores establecidos para el área comercial.

Asesorar sobre posibles consultas de servicios, tanto a clientes internos como externos, para ello primeramente buscará asesoría interna con el área que pueda solventar su necesidad como por ejemplo legal, finanzas, etc.
- Apoyar y/o ayudar a los ejecutivos de cuenta, reclutadores y demás equipo de trabajo, en brindar información y/o actualizaciones sobre los clientes o posibles clientes, en el tiempo requerido para asegurar un servicio de excelencia.

Generar los reportes de avances requeridos a los respectivos departamentos y/o personas/colaboradores involucrados en el proceso (diarios-semanales-mensuales).
- Proponer en conjunto con el líder una cantidad de citas a realizar por un período de tiempo y le da seguimiento al cumplimiento de esta cifra.
- Evaluación permanente de material informativo del quehacer Institucional y en conjunto con la aprobación de la jefatura inmediata los envíos respectivos a los clientes prospectos.
- Revisión periódica de información con el líder de área
- Alimenta el sistema o herramienta de trabajo periódicamente para mantener actualizada la información de los clientes visitados.
- Realizar informes sobre el avance de clientes contactados para presentarlos al Country Manager y BDM

**Requisitos**:
Profesional en Mercadeo, Publicidad, Relaciones Públicas, Administración o carreras afines.

Deseable conocimiento de legislación laboral vigente.

Conocimiento básico de criptomonedas, metaverso, avatares, o cualquier concepto de web 3.0

Conocimiento en Mercadeo o Ventas (servicios y tecnología preferiblemente)

Conocimiento Avanzado del idioma inglés (B2)
