As a **Senior Operations Analyst**, you will assist in the Operations and analysis of various properties as well as provide support to our broader corporate FP&A team. Partnering closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, thoughtful and timely analysis for each opportunity. You thrive in high-growth, dynamic environments and have the ability to adapt quickly while going above and beyond to ensure the success of your team.

- Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract- Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.- Work setup: Hybrid, Colombia

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in economics, finance, accounting, math, or engineering.
- 3+ years in a related role focusing on complex financial modeling and valuation.
- Familiarity with multi-family/hospitality assets and their operations and valuation.
- Demonstrated ability to research and track down the best possible answer or solution.
- Proof of strong quantitative skills, specifically with Excel.
- Thirst for learning.
- Unwavering attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

**What awaits you in this role?**
- Prepare new property budgets by interpreting underwriting models and speaking with various stakeholders to ensure our new properties kick off successfully.
- Review and analyze property operations to support Area Managers. This includes, but is not limited to: reviewing monthly financial statements, STR and Kalibri reports, variance reports, balance sheet and operating statements; keeping up to date on market information, including changes to supply, renovation of competitive assets, new demand generators and other events that may materially impact asset performance; developing and updating asset level and portfolio level reports to monitor performance and identify new opportunities to generate additional value.
- Prepare monthly reports and KPI’s for assigned properties to share with the Executive team, Board of Directors, and Developers/Owners of the properties we have partnered with; including writing variance explanations for budget comparisons.
- As assets continue to operate, establish and update key performance benchmarks to enable Placemakr to continually improve performance.
- Assist with corporate annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting.
- Assist property team and accountants with monthly reporting and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly corporate reporting and KPI’s.
- Lead the preparation of monthly performance decks to share with asset ownership and investors.
- Support the annual property budget and business plan process, including developing annual business plans.
- Review invoices for accuracy and proper coding to ensure monthly expenses are reported timely and accurately.
- Calculate month-end accruals.
- Evaluate property payroll, including consolidating internal costs and external, third-party cleaning costs.
- Support other departments with ad-hoc analysis as needed.
