Revisa cómo impactarás nuestro ecosistema:
Guarantee the daily/weekly operational metrics, inventory movements follow up and all the input metrics to maintain the operational excellence, driven to take actions where is important to focus.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
1. Work with our Operations team to ensure outstanding service levels and OKRs across countries and segments with high quality follow ups and alerts.

2. You will be collaborating with senior management to seek and communicate business input metric goals and follow ups

3. Close working relationship with commercial team to tackle different kinds of problems in terms of master data or catalogue creation, store types, spin off and others that could affect all the service metrics.

4. Ensure quality and elevate the level of deliverables with data inputs and suggestion of data.

6. Consolidate all sanity controls through data and alerts in terms of inventory daily inconsistences between SAP and WMS.

6. Identify through data analysis root causes in the operational kpis desviation between countries and rise this to implement action plans.

7. Support improvements of Delivery Times and Delivery Cost through analysis of data that helps to size needs for developments and actions opportunities.

1+ years experience on operations, data analysis, engineering or related field. Outstanding data driven mindset and problem-solving skills. Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Bachelor's degree. Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills. SQL is a must, R and/or Python is a must Proficiency in English and Portugues is a plus
