We are seeking a **Lead Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst** to join our dynamic team.

As a CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functional expert, you will collaborate with stakeholders across different sectors such as project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams. Your role will involve strategically managing the Salesforce system, overseeing its configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity. Your role will also encompass leading major platform-wide projects focusing on CPQ and Billing systems, while also mentoring and managing a team of professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Function as a CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) expert, working closely with various stakeholders such as project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams
- Strategically manage the Salesforce system, including system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity
- Lead major platform-wide projects with a focus on CPQ and Billing systems
- Provide mentorship and manage a team of professionals

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator, with a strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning
- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Proven skills in design, architecture, and configuration within Salesforce environments
- Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign and an understanding of revenue recognition within Salesforce
- Proficiency in automated deployment tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and manage a team of professionals
- An upper-intermediate level of English language proficiency for clear communication with stakeholders
