We seek a **Lead Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst** to become part of our dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you will act as a functional specialist in CPQ, liaising with a range of stakeholders including project managers, executives, and sales, pricing, order, and billing teams. Your duties will also include strategic management of the Salesforce system, encompassing system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity. The role also entails leading major platform-wide initiatives centered on CPQ and Billing systems, while offering mentorship and leadership to a professional team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a functional specialist in CPQ, liaising with diverse stakeholders such as project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams
- Steer major platform-wide initiatives centered on CPQ and Billing systems, while imparting mentorship and leadership to a professional team
- Strategically oversee the Salesforce system, which includes system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator, with substantial proficiency in Salesforce Lightning
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in leading software development teams, showcasing robust leadership skills
- Practical design, architecture, and configuration skills within Salesforce environments
- Proficiency in Salesforce Apex
- Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign and knowledge of revenue recognition within Salesforce
- Proficiency in automated deployment tools
- B2+ English level proficiency
