We are seeking a **Lead Salesforce CPQ Developer** to play a pivotal role in the development of our fresh Salesforce Center of Excellence.

This role encompasses the collection of requirements, the crafting of solutions, and the development of Salesforce CPQ functionalities. Moreover, it requires offering guidance and mentorship to developers with less experience and being up-to-date with the newest Salesforce CPQ developments and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building and enhancing the fresh Salesforce Center of Excellence
- Initiating engagement with stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and ensure alignment
- Gathering requirements, designing solutions, and developing Salesforce CPQ functionalities
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams for Salesforce CPQ integration with other systems
- Conducting tests and implementing solutions
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Keeping abreast of the latest Salesforce CPQ developments and best practices

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of five years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ Developer
- At least one year of relevant leadership experience
- A strong capability to comprehend and analyze project requirements
- A proven track record of integration with third-party systems
- Proficiency in Salesforce Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Fluency in English communication skills at a B2+ level
