We are in need of a **Lead Salesforce CPQ Developer** to become a member of our team and assist in constructing our Salesforce Center of Excellence from the ground up.

The responsibilities within this role will include requirements gathering, solution design, and Salesforce CPQ functional development. Additionally, your role will entail providing guidance to junior developers and maintaining current knowledge of Salesforce CPQ advancements and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building and enhancing the Salesforce Center of Excellence
- Engaging stakeholders to understand and align project requirements
- Gathering requirements, designing solutions, and developing Salesforce CPQ functionalities
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams for integration of Salesforce CPQ with third-party systems
- Testing and implementing solutions
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers
- Keeping abreast of the latest Salesforce CPQ developments and best practices

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ Developer
- A proven track record of leading and managing teams of developers, with successful project outcomes
- An ability to understand and analyze project requirements
- Experience in integration with third-party systems
- Proficiency in Salesforce Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Excellent B2+ level English communication skills
