Inside sales Bilingue 85% de idioma inglés. Responsable de todas las actividades de apoyo a las ventas, incluyendo cotizaciones, entrada de pedidos, seguimientos, entrada de datos. Proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente y trabajar con el equipo/departamento de ventas para lograr los objetivos generales de ventas. Responsabilidades: Trabajar con el departamento de ventas y reportar al Gerente de Ventas Internas sobre asuntos relacionados con las ventas - Proporcionar apoyo de ventas al equipo Ejecutivo de Cuentas - Mantenerse en sintonía con las tendencias del mercado y los precios - Proporcionar información y comentarios sobre las actividades y procesos relacionados con las ventas - Ayudar a desarrollar herramientas para mejorar la productividad y la eficiencia general del departamento de ventas. Habilidades y cualificaciones - Habilidades duras y blandas: Respetar los protocolos y procesos de la empresa. Tener empatía y paciencia ya que va a haber un rango de tiempo de adaptación. Positivismo respecto al feedback negativo o incumplido. Dinámica, Trello es un plus
