Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Execute high-volume outbound calls to existing customers to upsell additional products and services. Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, challenges, and potential fit for additional offerings.
- Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to contract close/won, including follow-up, proposal generation, and negotiation.
- Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system. Provide weekly reports on outbound sales activities, progress toward targets, and closed/won deals.
- Expansion to Current Customers: Focus on expanding sales to additional locations, new services, and upselling/cross-selling products. Conduct outbound calls to former customers to win back business.
- Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and articulate the value of products/services.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage sales activities, track progress, and report results.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to align with their business goals.
- Driven to meet and exceed sales targets with minimal supervision.
- Rate: $30/hr with commission of 1x of MRR closed.
- Hourly Payment: Paid bi-monthly upon submission of an invoice and approval of hours worked.
- Commission Payment: Paid monthly based on invoice schedule for closed/won opportunities.
