**What you will do**
To lead the sales team, set its goals and assure that the business strategies are followed with the purpose to achieve the targets set.
**Business**
General understanding of the business and strategy goals. Provides guidelines and competitive intelligence to the team in their work to meet the expectations.
**Sales**
Monitors the sale quotas to be achieved by the sales team.
Ensure the MedSurg business growth executing the strategic plan.
Share the sales quotas per region and sales reps.
Stablish a health relationship with the main customers supporting sales team.
Business Acumen - understanding and spread the business goals and strategy.
Follow monthly sales results.
**Business plan**
Develops strategies to generate new business and introduce new products.
**Price**
Creates and manages price strategies with the purpose to create competitive advantages.
**Inventory**
Works with the Operations Department to determine the quantity of stock to be aligned with the current sales figures.
**Performance Management**
Conducts monthly meetings with sales representatives and agents to evaluate performance, objectives, verify needs, and resolve conflicts.
**Customer Relationship**
Visit key customers to improve relationships and ensure business growth.
**Compliance**
Must conduct all business and affairs in compliance with laws and regulations, including the FCPA and the Stryker Code of Conduct, in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
**What You Will Need**
Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering or similar).
Advanced English is required.
Experience in sales or sales management.
Experience leading sales teams, preferably in medical devices (MedSurg).
Microsoft Office tool proficiency.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control.
Strong communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with both divisional leaders and technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good business acumen and negotiation skills.

Able to build trusting relationships in and outside of the organization.
