**Sales**:
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

**About the role**:
**El objetivo del cargo es**:
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de gestión comerciales en sus clientes del territorio o del canal asignado, manteniendo los lineamientos de inversión. Ejecutar las actividades que soportan las estrategias diseñadas para garantizar la obtención de objetivos y/o la solución de problemas circunstanciales que puedan frenar el desempeño de sus clientes. Controlar administrativamente su panel de clientes, garantizando a las diferentes áreas de servicio de la compañía que puedan contar con la información necesaria para cerrar sus ciclos en procesos concernientes a la venta. Responsable de identificar posibles riesgos y oportunidades de su territorio y clientes

**Your responsibilities**:

- Revisar los informes de resultados y KPIs para proponer planes de desarrollo
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento para la zona y realizar propuestas
- Realizar revisiones de negocio con los clientes para definir los objetivos a futuro
- Manejar la integralidad del negocio: resultados ventas, eficiencia logística, inversión
- Costos fijos (CDS), indicadores financieros (PnL del cliente, Inversión TS
- Controlar la inversión para los clientes buscando la mayor eficiencia posible
- Proponer actividades durante el mes para el cumplimiento de los objetivos mitigando los riesgos
- Hacer un análisis del ROI de las actividades propuestas - tener claridad sobre el propósito del direccionamiento de los recursos
- Definición prioridades a trabajar y cumplimiento compromisos adquiridos
- Cartera al día en saldos y soportes
- Control provisiones y NC
- Información veraz en los reportes
- Montar pedidos clientes y seguimiento entregas
- Despliegue Plan de apoyos a la FFVV Distribuidor
- Aterrizar los objetivos de rotación por vendedor
- Ejecutar las actividades del mes para lograr los objetivos de rotación
- Reunión con el equipo de campo para desplegar estrategia 4Ps - VS & MSL
- Garantizar cumplimiento de Sell Out en todos sus distribuidores
- Seguimiento y ejecución de los Building Blocks - ejecución
- Salida a campo y acompañamiento a la FFVV
- Garantizar la siembra y ejecución de los NPD´s

- Por lo menos 4 años de experiência en el area comercial en empresas de consumo masivo

- Habilidad numérica
- Análisis e interpretación de cifras y datos
- Construcción de planes de negocio por cliente
- Conocimientos en Microsoft Office (nível Avanzado), Tsol, SAP
- Igual o superior al 40% en Hablar
