As a **Virtual Assistant**, you will work closely with the Company Consultant to manage orders for promotional products, branded apparel, large format printing, and printed products. Your role involves coordinating with suppliers, monitoring and tracking orders, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers. Additionally, you will handle various tasks as assigned by management.

- Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract- Schedule: MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 8 to 5 CST.- Work Arrangement: Onsite, Bogota / Medellin

- Communicate with associates and suppliers using Microsoft Teams.
- Process and track customer orders using industry-specific software.
- Assist in placing orders for promotional products and printed materials.
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the Company Consultant to fulfill client requirements.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed by management.
