We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our premier dry cleaning and laundry service team in Austin, Texas. With two distinct brands focusing on dry cleaning and laundry services and convenient pick-ups, we are dedicated to delivering top-notch experiences to our clientele.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between our company and customers, managing inquiries, coordinating pickups, and supporting various administrative tasks. **Key responsibilities**:
- Place morning calls to hotels (10-15) to schedule pickups, ensuring timely coordination.
- Monitor and promptly respond to customer inquiries via chat through Tawk.
- Monitor and respond to customer messages through SMRT.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer needs and inquiries.
- Identify and escalate any unusual or urgent matters to the CEO for prompt resolution.
- Assist the CEO with special projects, including light data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with the CEO to review performance and discuss any pertinent matters.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a remote team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic data analysis and reporting preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus.
- Availability to work during standard business hours, with occasional flexibility for special projects or urgent matters.
